Quality control of our products begins with the purchasing of our raw materials. We adhere to industry quality standards for the purchase of materials such as metal sheets, flat steel, pipes, connectors, gaskets/seals, electrostatic spray coating (ESC) powders etc.
Our production processes are subject to regular and strict inspections so that we can guarantee durable, reliable and top quality pipe connections. Our quality control allows us to learn from our experiences and pass this knowledge onto the optimization of our products.
In addition to our standard dimension and visual inspections, we can carry out other inspections (water pressure tests, x-ray/ultra sound tests, crack tests on welding joints, electrical tests on the ESC, etc.) upon the customer's request.
Such additional inspections cost extra and must be requested at the enquiry stage.
Marlener Metal Processing Technologies is certified as welding specialists by the German Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV) in accordance with the following industry standards: AD 2000-Merkblatt HP O/TRD 201/und DIN EN 729-3.
