Our precise production processes result in first class products - 
pipe connections.
Each blank flange, whether made by searing metal sheets or by cold bending flat rolled steel, is manufactured in Kehl-Marlen. Our pipes and other components are similarly produced.
These production processes are executed using either our high tech CNC thermal cutting machine, our flange rounding machines or our metal shaping machines.
Further treatment of the flanges is carried out using CNC controlled lathe and boring machines.
The welding of flanges and pipes is carried out by either using MIG/MAG welding machines on welding turntables or by robots in our mass production lines.
In the last stage, our pipe connections receive their finishing touches. The surfaces are blasted in our automated shot blasting plants and then coated with a top quality electrostatic powder in our high-tech heated powder coating plant.
Upon the successful completion of the product's final assembly and inspection of dimensions, the finished products are carefully packed and sent to customers around the world.
