Our pipe connections' properties and functions are guaranteed due to the high quality coatings applied to our products.

The subsurface must feature a high degree of purity and the proper roughness depth in order to guarantee a durable and top quality coating.

The components are first exposed to a certain degree of blasting (minimum standard deviation of 2.5) in our high performance shot blasting plant.

After the inspection and warming of the pipes in a furnace at 240 degrees, the actual electrostatic powder coating procedure is carried out.

The 240° hot pipes are transported from the furnace into a spray booth and are then coated with an epoxy powder Resicoat RT 9000R4. This powder is produced by the company Akzo Nobel in accordance with the German industrial standard DIN 30.677 Teil 2. This top quality product has been approved for use in all types of drinking water applications.

After a cooling down period, the finished coating is inspected for proper thickness, porosity and bond strength.

Selecting this surface protection will ensure the highest quality of corrosion protection for your product. Finally, the lustrous components are sent to the final assembly and packaging stations.
