Depending on the lot size, blank flanges measuring between 0 and 2800 mm are shaped on either high tech CNC or manually operated lathes and then further treated using flange boring machines.
The finished components' dimensions are inspected and then joined with awaiting pipes, whose roundness and length have been carefully checked. These are then sent to our welding stations.
